Our nursery utilizes tissue culture micropropagation breeding equipment that creates disease-free plants and increases plant yield. We are able to customize unique medical-grade strains of cannabis cultivars and psilocybin spores in a completely sterile production environment while reducing disease, pests and pathogens.
IDENTIFY COMPOUNDS
Identifying new bioactive compounds that can be leveraged for therapeutic treatment of chronic conditions. Future research will exam the potential application of cannabis and psilocybin to help reduce specific chronic conditions or diseases.
INNOVATION
SWITCH Biotech's extensive research and development efforts focus on the development of novel cannabis varieties using genome editing, hybrid strain development, genetic profiling & tissue culture.
BIOTECHNOLOGY
SWITCH Biotech is utilizing the MAD7 gene editing platform to rapidly introduce novel traits into cannabis cultivars and psilocybin spores to enhance yield production and value-added molecular compounds. These methods allow for the standardization of the procedures used to ensure high quality and consistent products with highly desirable traits.
